Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a talented and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a well established and successful team at our 4 Star hotel, 2 AA rosette restaurant.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the restaurant operation and overseeing a smooth and exceptional service over all meal time operations. A hands-on manager, you will have a passion for food, the guest experience and sharing your knowledge with your team. As part of a talented team you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager.
A strong knowledge of quality food and wine is essential for this role as is a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service; leading by example and developing skills and knowledge within your team. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and have a natural ability to motivate and develop your team. Experience of training would be beneficial within this role.
We are searching for a highly motivated individual, someone who has worked in a similar role with preferable rosette experience. The person will be team player, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
• Ability to lead a team in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality
