CHEESE MENU

Bath soft (cm,p) South West England
soft and creamy cheese with a tart and slightly salted finish

Colston Bassett Stilton ( P, V, CM) Nottinghamshire
A creamy, smooth, buttery and slightly crumbly cheese with a distinctive blue veins. The flavour is rich, mellow with a complex lingering aftertaste

Lancashire Bomb (UNP, CM, V) Goosnargh, Preston
The cheese has a deep yellow paste. Sharp in taste with a unique, moist yet crumbly texture and a salty taste with a pleasant spicy tang.

Manchego Valdehierro (UNP, EM,) La Mancha, Spain
The texture is firm, compact with a slighty creamy salty flavour with a mellow floral and nutty finish.

Stinking Bishop (CM,P,V) Dynock, Gloucestershire
As the cheese matures it is washed with perry. The flavour is not as a strong as the smell. The taste is mild, sweet with a rich and savoury flavour.

Saint Maure de Touraine (GM,UP) Loire valley, middle France
A creamy smooth and aromatic cheese with a full taste that balances flavours of salts and nuts
